Prior to joining interos.ai, Krantz served as CEO at mobile intelligence platform data.ai, where he helped drive significant recurring revenue growth and the use of artificial intelligence technology across nearly all the company’s product lines. Additionally, Ted has held top go-to-market and sales roles at organizations including Skai, C3.ai, SAP America and Oracle.

Darryl Hobbs
Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer, Darryl Hobbs is responsible for the oversight and leadership of the interos.ai legal strategy. Darryl has more than 25 years of experience advising leading technology companies on commercial and strategic transactions, corporate governance, intellectual property, privacy, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and risk management.

Prior to joining interos.ai, Darryl served in numerous senior leadership roles during his 19 years at Microsoft, including as Assistant General Counsel in Microsoft’s Corporate, External & Legal Affairs organization. Before Microsoft, Darryl led a business development team for AOL-Time Warner, served as in-house counsel for IBM, and practiced commercial law at a large international law firm.

Darryl’s commitment and advocacy for diversity in the legal profession is evidenced by his passion for building the next generation of leaders. He currently serves on the board of Thinking Huts, a non-profit with an ambitious mission is to increase global access to education infrastructure by building 3D-printed schools where they are needed most.

Darryl earned his B.A. in finance from James Madison University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Yardley Pohl brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling innovative products and platforms at premiere global technology companies. She formerly served as CPTO at market insights platform Data.ai, leading the company’s product strategy and vision ahead of its successful acquisition by Riverwood Capital and Sensor Tower. Pohl has held additional product transformation roles at Meta, Zillow, Apple, and eBay. As CPO, GM PP, she spearheads interos.ai’s product vision, strategy, and execution of supply chain lifecycle risk intelligence to accelerate value for customers, partners, and stakeholders.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Chris Lee oversee interos.ai’s global revenue and go-to-market teams, driving the company’s revenue growth and expansion strategies. Lee joined interos.ai from pricing and revenue analytics leader Zilliant, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer overseeing the company’s global sales and go-to-market teams. Lee brings more than 25 years of technology leadership expertise, with proven success scaling high-growth SaaS companies including Salesforce, DocuSign, and others. He has held additional executive positions at Latch, Reputation, FinancialForce (now Certinia), and Siebel Systems.

As EVP of Finance, Alfred is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.

Alfred has over two decades of experience in finance, strategy, and operation management. Prior to joining the company, Chak served as CFO at data.ai, COO and CFO of Esports Engine and CFO and COO of IMAX Entertainment Division. His past experiences include roles as Head of Strategic Finance, Industry Vertical Business Development for Amazon Web Services, Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, Strategic Planning and Chief of Staff for EA’s Mobile Publishing Group, and Head of Business Planning and Strategy at The Walt Disney Studios.

Nick Beim
Partner, Venrock

Nick Beim is a partner at Venrock and focuses primarily on artificial intelligence, software, fintech and defense. His investments include Dataminr, Rebellion Defense, Percipient.ai, Chisel.ai, Altruist, Quiq and JBoss. Nick has deep interests in public policy and in particular how technology is changing the nature of national security. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Council on Foreign Relations and recently participated on a Task Force there on Innovation and National Security: Keeping Our Edge, examining how the U.S. can maintain its lead in science and technology innovation and the national security and economic consequences of failing to do so. Nick serves on the Executive Advisory Committee at the Center on Global Energy Policy and on the board of Endeavor, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting high-impact entrepreneurs globally that Tom Friedman has called “the best anti-poverty program of all.”

He is a veteran CEO, advisor, and investor who has led companies, from startups to the Fortune 500, on a transformational journey of success. Focused on technology and cybersecurity, Dave helped create more than $20 billion of shareholder value during his 15-plus years as President and CEO of Documentum, McAfee and FireEye. That includes driving the most successful cybersecurity IPO ever in 2013, and leading the largest all-cash deal in technology history in 2010. Today he also serves as Managing Director of Allegis Cyber, Executive Chairman of M&A advisory firm Momentum Cyber as well as investor and board member in the world’s most innovative companies such as Delta Airlines, Five9, iboss, Claroty, Team8, DataTribe, Illusive Networks and Optiv.

General Partner, Kleiner Perkins

Ted Schlein joined Kleiner Perkins in 1996 and focuses on investing in early-stage technology companies in cybersecurity. Investments have included ArcSight, Carbon Black, CoreOS, and Mandiant, and more recently Area1, IronNet, Shape Security, Synack and Trusona. Before joining Kleiner Perkins, Ted served as vice president, Enterprise Solutions at Symantec. He has previously served as chairman of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA), a national alliance advocating the role of venture investing in job creation, technology innovation, and economic development. He is also the former president of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists and the founder of DoD-sponsored DeVenCI program. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania and the Board of Overseers of the Engineering School at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Ted serves on the Board of Trustees at InQTel. Ted holds a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Phil Venables
CISO and Vice President of Google Cloud

Phil Venables is the Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Google Cloud. Prior to joining Google Cloud, he was a Partner at Goldman Sachs where he held multiple roles over a long career, initially as their first Chief Information Security Officer, a role he held for 17 years. In subsequent roles he was Chief Risk Officer for the firm’s operational risks, an Operating Partner in their private equity business and a Senior Advisor to the firm’s clients and executive leadership on cybersecurity, technology risk, digital business risk, and operational resilience. In addition to this, Venables was a Board Director of Goldman Sachs Bank (USA). He also serves on the Information Security and Privacy Advisory Board of NIST and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Frank Verdecanna
Board Member and Retired Chief Financial Officer

Frank Verdecanna brings over 30 years of financial and enterprise expertise, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for public and private companies and as a key contributor to two initial public offerings, over 15 acquisitions, and most recently Mandiant’s $5 billion sale to Google. He will help Interos continue its overall market momentum and industry-first AI-powered predictive analytics push.

Robert Brese
Vice President, Gartner

Bob Brese is a VP and Executive Partner at Gartner, Inc., the world’s largest research and advisory firm where he advises and coaches CIOs and other C-Suite executives on business and technology strategies for mission and business success.

Bob is formerly the CIO of the U.S. Department of Energy, whose national laboratory and production facility missions range from open science to nuclear security. During his tenure as CIO, he led DOE to become the first Federal agency to fully convert from compliance to a mission-focused risk management approach to cybersecurity. He also led the stand-up of DOE’s supply chain risk management program to address the risk associated with growing dependence on external suppliers to the nuclear security mission. Bob also served as a DOE executive in a number of other technology and national security leadership roles. Prior to DOE, he was a career nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy.

Mary Cheney
Managing Partner, New Troy Strategies

A veteran corporate and political advisor, Ms. Cheney has over 25 years of political and corporate experience with a strong track record of developing creative and innovative solutions for a wide range of clients and issues.

Ms. Cheney began her career in Colorado working for the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club and Coors Brewing Company. During this time, she held multiple communications and public relations positions, managing a wide range of issue areas, including: alcohol issues, environmental concerns and diversity. While at Coors, she developed and implemented a program to effectively end a multi-year, national boycott of Coors products by the gay and lesbian community.

Ms. Cheney left Coors in 2000 and joined the Bush-Cheney presidential campaign as a special assistant to the Vice Presidential nominee. During the 2004 re-election, she served as the Director of Vice Presidential Operations, overseeing all messaging, events planning, budget, staffing and scheduling for the Vice President’s campaign operation.

After the 2004 election, Ms. Cheney returned to Corporate America. She served as Chief of Staff to AOL’s Vice Chairman where she directed various projects, including developing communications plans for senior management, creating marketing plans for various AOL portals, and working with AOL’s privacy taskforce. Her work with the taskforce led her to become AOL’s Vice President of Standards and Practices, where she directed the team responsible for managing issues such as internet privacy, child safety and the use of behavioral targeting in advertising.

Ms. Cheney left AOL in 2007 and joined Navigators Global where she led the firm’s strategic communications team. During her time at Navigators, the firm ran successful communications and grassroots campaigns for clients regarding telecommunications, energy and financial services issues. She also played a key role in the firm’s international expansion.

In 2010, Ms. Cheney helped found BKM Strategies, a strategic communications firm dedicated to utilizing the latest technologies and tactics to effectively solve their client’s political and communications problems. In just its first few years, BKM Strategies created and managed innovative grassroots campaigns across a wide range of industries, including: agriculture, energy, and telecommunications. In addition, the firm managed several successful programs focused on increasing voter registration and voter turnout.

As part of a new partnership in 2015, BKM Strategies joined with Norway Hill Associates to form New Troy Strategies, a Washington DC based strategic communications and grassroots firm. Ms. Cheney currently serves as the group’s managing partner.

Ms. Cheney received her Bachelor of Arts in History from Colorado College and a Master of Business Administration from the Daniels Business School at the University of Denver. She is currently a member of the advisory board at Georgetown University’s Institute of Politics and Public Policy.

Jeffrey Dodson
CSO, BAE Systems

Jeffrey C. (“J.C.”) Dodson is Chief Security Officer ( C S O ) for BAE Systems Inc. He is responsible for corporate security strategy, operations and assurance. His risk management portfolio includes all elements of industrial, international and cyber security for U.S. and overseas operations.

Prior to his CSO appointment in 2020, Dodson was BAE’s Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He has served in a variety of executive positions with program management, strategy, business development and security. He joined BAE Systems in 2002 following a 22-year career with the U.S. Air Force that included flying operations, weapons system acquisition management, and command assignments.

Dodson currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Defense- Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ND-ISAC). He is a member of the Department of Homeland Security’s Defense Industrial Base Sector Coordinating Council and is an industry contributor/advisor to numerous U.S. Government national security policy studies and initiatives

Kiersten E. Todt
CEO and Managing Partner, Liberty Group Ventures, LLC

A highly respected cybersecurity and homeland security expert, Todt most recently served as Chief of Staff at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security (CISA), where she was responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and development of long-range objectives to support the agency’s goals of securing the nation’s cyber and physical infrastructure and driving down risk.

Her involvement in developing NIST’s Cybersecurity Framework and as Executive Director of President Obama’s Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity highlight her commitment to advancing cybersecurity practices and shoring up digital supply chains. Following her work on the Commission, she co-founded, with Commission leadership, the Cyber Readiness Institute, which specifically focused on cyber tools for small businesses to improve the security of global supply chains.

David Warrick
EVP of Enterprise, Overhaul

David Warrick is an accomplished supply chain and technology expert, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of the Enterprise Division at Overhaul. In this role, he oversees the growth and operational efficiency of the company’s Enterprise line, providing solutions to shippers and logistics service providers worldwide. Drawing from his experience running complex supply chains and guiding companies through digital transformation, David is also responsible for developing new business strategies for Overhaul’s Enterprise division.

Before joining Overhaul, David spent 23 years at Microsoft, where he most recently held the position of General Manager Global Supply Chain and Supply Chain Technology Officer. During his tenure, he played key roles in the release of every product since Windows 2000, including the first Xbox gaming systems and the latest Surface laptops. Prior to Microsoft, he worked with Andersen Consulting and as a Project Engineer in the construction of the Hong Kong Airport.

David is also a member of the Visibility Council, which promotes insight and innovation sharing among senior supply chain leaders, helping to shape the next generation of Supply Chain thinking.

Renee Wynn
Formerly the CIO of NASA and Acting Assistant Administrator for the EPA’s Office of Environmental Information

Renee P. Wynn retired April 30th, 2020 as the NASA Chief Information Officer after 30-years of federal service. She started her consulting business, RP Wynn Consulting, LLC, to continue to serve the federal government in a new capacity.

As the NASA CIO, Ms. Wynn collaborated with the complex NASA mission programs to improve NASA’s global cybersecurity posture and transform IT management. Ms. Wynn oversaw an IT Portfolio of more than $2B and provided global IT services to more than 65,000 customers, including operations in Russia to support launches to the International Space Station. Ms. Wynn led the effort to overhaul NASA’s cybersecurity posture and went from “high risk” to “managing risk” in 4 years, this includes space operation and communication systems. Ms. Wynn joined NASA in July 2015 as Deputy Chief Information Officer and became the Chief Information Officer in September 2015.

Ms. Wynn came to NASA from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) where she had served as the Acting CIO and Assistant Administrator for the Office of Environmental Information since July 2013. At EPA, Ms. Wynn had served as the Deputy CIO and Deputy Assistant Administrator for the Office of Environmental Information from April 2011 to July 2013. Ms. Wynn spent 25 years with EPA before joining NASA.

Ms. Wynn was selected as a 2020 National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) Fellow. Fellows serve for two years to support NAPA’s efforts to address current and emerging issues to the government.

She was selected to be a SAGE for the Partnership for Public Service. The Partnership for Public Service leads proactive efforts to make the federal government more effective by convening diverse stakeholder groups from private and public sector to solve critical management challenges.

Ms. Wynn is a member of the board for The Women’s Center. The Women’s Center is a non-profit organization founded in 1974. The Women’s Center provides services to significantly improve the mental health and well-being of all members of the community through counseling, education, support and advocacy.

Ms. Wynn is a member of the Public Service Advisory Board for Palo Alto Networks and Dell Federal Advisory Board.

Ms. Wynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University, Indiana and has won number of awards for her service.
