President and CEO
Jennifer Bisceglie is the President and CEO of Interos Solutions, Inc. and Vigillence Inc., which are vendor and supply chain risk management (SCRM) companies that serve the US public, and global commercial, sectors. Interos is a leading provider of cyber security solutions and supply chain risk reduction to the Federal Government. Named the AT&T Innovator of the Year for its Global Threat Information Center (GTIC) ™ launched in 2015, Interos is renowned for its expertise in cyber security, supply chain risk management (SCRM) and network security. As such, Jennifer is a sought after expert on the impact of cyber risk and supply chain risk on US and global economies.
Leveraging more than 20 years of experience in managing and mitigating risks in supply chains, Jennifer launched Vigillence in 2016, as the world’s leading supply chain risk research and advisory company. Vigillence provides a big data and analytics platform to proactively reduce supply chain threats for its global commercial clients by identifying risks based on each customer’s unique operational requirements and third-party partnerships. Vigillence partners with its customers to define their risk assessment posture based on organizational vulnerabilities related to supply chain vendors, partners and service providers; benchmark current risk profiles and provide “what if” scenario analyses; and provide its clients’ Boards, senior leadership and business managers with the knowledge required to make informed decisions on acceptable vendor risk exposure and how to allocate resources to mitigate it.
Ben is an innovative digital product and marketing executive who drives growth through recognizing new digital market opportunities, developing innovative digital product and marketing strategies, creating scalable go-to-market and business development strategies. With over 20 years of experience operating and running technology driven businesses, Ben has a history of creating sustainable and profitable growth. Ben was Co-founder and Managing Director of MITA Group.
Prior to starting the MITA Group, he was a Vice President and GM at Verisign, where, among other things he turned around a $200 million revenue business unit and built a new $100 million business unit. From 1997 to 2000, Ben was a Vice President for Network Solutions. In that position, his duties encompassed management of the business operations for a $250 million revenue mass-market division, with responsibility for developing the annual profit and loss, sales forecast and capital plan, and assessed new business opportunities. From 1993 through 1997, Ben worked for AT&T where he was a Business Operations Manager and National Accountant Manager. Additionally, he has prior experience in government relations, and he has worked extensively in identifying and executing opportunities to partner with Federal and state governments in technology creation. He has a MBA from Tulane University – A.B. Freeman School of Business and B.S in business in Miami University.
