McLean Business Leader Jennifer Bisceglie to Receive National Entrepeneurial Award
Women Presidents’ Educational Organization Celebrates WBE Leadership Spotlight Honorees
Washington, DC (September 4, 2007) — Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), the nation’s largest bi-partisan women’s business group, will honor Jennifer Bisceglie, president of Interos Solutions, Inc., in McLean, Va., on Sept.18 with the 2007 WIPP President’s Award. The 2007 WIPP Awards will be presented in several categories during a ceremony at WIPP’s POWERful Policy and Politics Conference in Washington, D.C. The awards honor individuals, associations and companies who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the growth and goals of women-owned businesses.
“Jennifer is being honored for much more than being a successful business leader,” said WIPP President Barbara Kasoff. “She and all of the honorees are actively working to make positive changes in their communities and for women business owners across the country. We are proud to recognize their achievements through these WIPP Awards.”
In addition to Bisceglie, the 2007 WIPP President’s Award will be presented to three outstanding WIPP members for their work on behalf of women entrepreneurs throughout the country – Patty DeDominic, owner of DeDominic and Associates in Santa Barbara, Calif.; Kathryn Mahoney, president of Political Capitol, Inc., in Nashville, Tenn.; and Susan Solovic, CEO of Small Business Television Network (SBTV) in Kansas City, Mo.
