McLean, VA (August 2006) — Ms. Jennifer Bisceglie, President and Founder of Interos Solutions, Inc, a leading supply chain and logistics solutions company, has accepted a leadership role as Instant Impact Chair for Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) to help bring more women into the forefront of politics and to ensure that they voice their concerns about the impact of politics on their businesses.
In this role, Ms. Bisceglie will work with WIPP Headquarters and women across the country to establish training sessions to educate women about the impact of politics on their business, how to work with their local representatives’ offices, and to ensure they know where to go for help when it is needed.
As the Chair for the Instant Impact Committee, Ms. Business will be responsible for coordinating with individual state leaders, as well as working with national initiatives, to actively engage in meeting with appropriate Federal, State, and Local Legislators to represent the issues affecting them and listed as top concerns for WIPP.
“Having the opportunity to work with this group of passionate women-owned business people to make a difference is a great honor,” said Jennifer Bisceglie, President of Interos Solutions. “This year’s events allowed me to interact with fellow business people on a level that would not have occurred without being involved in the important policy work of WIPP.”
Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), known as the voice for women in business in our nation’s capital, is a national bi-partisan public policy organization representing more than 550,000 women in business and women business owners nationwide.
